Privacy Policy

Classique Hardware has a secure site. We do not collect information other than that provided by you to facilitate the purchase and delivery of your order. We do not sell, share or supply information about you to anyone.

Guarantee and Return Policy

We guarantee our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase return it within 30 days of purchase, along with the original invoice, for an exchange or refund. We do not refund shipping and handling or return shipping costs. Authorization is required from us prior to returning the merchandise. Contact us for a return number and instructions on how to return the merchandise. It must be clearly marked on the package ''RETURNED MERCHANDISE''. We will only accept parcels returned via Canada Post or the US Postal Service. We will not accept parcels returned via courier, i.e. CanPar, FEDEX or UPS.

Pricing

All prices are stated in Canadian (CAD) dollars. Our pricing is competitive and fair. We try to maintain our prices but, outside influences such as supplier price increases and transportation costs may cause us to change prices without notice.
